Return and Exchange Policy
- No matter the quality, not all items are valued equally in the eyes of customer. Items purchased on iPearlJewelry.com can be returned for any reason within 30 days from ship date, with no questions asked. We cannot accept returns after 30 days from the shipping date of your order. Our return policy applies to our store purchases only.
- if you purchased iPearl Jewelry products from other merchants or retail channels, please follow their store return policies and directly contact them for any return or exchange requests.
- The returned items must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund based on your actual purchase price, excluding all the shipping costs. Please note that $6.00 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping cost for all items, regardless of quality, packaging, or timeline. (e.g. Your total purchase price is $52 including product price after all discounts ($50) and shipping cost ($2). If you are going to request return, you will get $46 for a refund after we successfully process your return)
- To track the status of any returned or exchanged items, all returned shipments must have a tracking number with them. We do not accept any return shipments without tracking numbers, regardless of carrier. We also do not provide return labels for exchanged items; customers shall send exchanged items by a traceable shipper to our warehouse address on their own cost and we will send out the replaced one for free.
